1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Qaivid, an AI video creation platform operated by Metaman Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Qaivid only for lawful purposes. You must not submit content that infringes copyright, violates privacy or publicity rights, impersonates people without permission, depicts illegal activity, creates non-consensual sexual or intimate content, targets children, or otherwise violates applicable law or provider rules. You are solely responsible for the content and media you submit.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the platform, you grant Metaman Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, transform, and store your content solely to operate Qaivid, generate outputs, provide support, enforce safety rules, and deliver exports. AI-generated outputs are made available to you subject to applicable law and the terms of the underlying AI providers.

5. Credits & Billing

Credit usage is metered per generation, upload, render, retry, assembly, or provider task. Credits are non-refundable once consumed, including when a third-party provider accepts a render that later fails or produces an imperfect result. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may adjust pricing, credit costs, models, or feature availability with reasonable notice where required.

6. Limitation of Liability

Qaivid is provided "as is" and "as available". AI outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent, delayed, rejected, or unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metaman Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, reputational, or provider-related damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the account settings page.

8. Public Gallery

If you choose to share a completed video to the Qaivid.com Gallery, you authorise us to display, stream, promote, and make that video publicly accessible until you hide it, delete it, or we remove it. Public viewers may be able to view, like, and comment on shared videos.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction except where applicable law gives you additional rights.
