Qaivid is an AI-powered video creation platform operated by Metaman Ltd. The platform includes music video, trailer, product review, fragrance film, lip-sync presenter, viral clip, dance video, post-production, and Director Canvas workflows. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data.

2. Information We Collect

Account information (email address, password hash)

Project content you submit, including prompts, lyrics, scripts, audio files, product images, face references, character references, and other uploaded media

Generated assets, including storylines, style directions, reference plates, storyboards, prompts, still images, video clips, audio mixes, thumbnails, and exports

Public-gallery activity, including videos you choose to share, views, likes, comments, and display names or account handles associated with those interactions

Website traffic data, including page visited, referral or campaign source, visit identifier, coarse country/city information supplied by our hosting edge, and browser/device category. Our first-party traffic system does not store raw IP addresses or full user-agent strings

Operational logs used for security, debugging, and quality improvement

Payment and subscription information processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card details

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide the service: processing projects, generating AI content, storing media, maintaining continuity across workflows, delivering exports, supporting billing, measuring website performance and campaign reach, preventing abuse, improving reliability, and operating the public Gallery when you choose to share a video. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected by our first-party traffic analytics. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Retention

Your projects and generated assets are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete projects from the dashboard where deletion controls are available. If you share a video publicly, it remains public until you hide it or delete the source project. Account deletion requests are handled within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, billing, and backup-retention requirements.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers to operate the platform, including OpenAI for language and creative planning, Runware and related model providers for image/video generation, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, Railway for hosting/database infrastructure, Stripe for payments, and email or analytics providers where configured. Each service has its own privacy practices.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to processing of, or delete your personal data. Contact us through the platform support channel for privacy-related requests.
